Terms and Conditions

When you make a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  1. If your number of guests changes from the original number booked, we reserve the right to adjust the number of oches allocated and/or your playing time to ensure all our guests have the best possible Social Darts experience. Please be ready to play at your start time as we can only hold the oches for 15 minutes. If you’re running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
  2. Please note that our cancellation policy is 48 hours before your booking.
  3. For all pre-orders, full payment and final numbers for your group are needed 72 hours before your booking. These pre-orders must be used on the day of your booking and can’t be transferred to a future booking. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
  4. Full payment for any minimum spend is due 14 days before your booking date
  5. This agreement is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated by reference.
  6. Your booking is subject to our general terms and conditions, which can be found here. If you make a booking, it will be solely on the terms set out here and in our general terms and conditions, unless we agree otherwise in writing. Together, these terms and our general terms and conditions form the “agreement” between us relating to your booking.
  7. Please note we allow one booking per person per day, to give equal opportunity to our guests to play. If there is infringement of this, you may be asked to leave the oche. Management reserves the right to enforce this offer at any time.
  8. PLEASE NOTE: guests cannot bring their own darts. This is both for health and safety purposes and for our game technology to work. All guests must be 18+ to play, and proof of ID may be required. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused to our property or equipment.
  9. As part of your Social Darts experience, we'll send your group a Story featuring highlights of your time with us. From game moments, to action replays and all the great photos captured during your experience, you'll find them all in your Flight Club Story! Your group will automatically be opted into this feature by booking with us. Please let us know if you would not like to receive this.
When you make a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Please be ready to play at the start of your booking as we can only hold the oches for a maximum of 15 minutes. If you’re running late, please let us know.
  2. Our cancellation policy is 14 days notice before your event. If you cancel after this period, you will not receive a refund.
  3. All food and drink pre-orders, including any additional payments and final numbers for your group are needed 7 days before your booking. These pre-orders must be used on the day of your booking and can’t be transferred to a future booking. A discretionary 12.5% service charge will be added to your bill.
  4. All Tournament bookings include, Tournament Stories which are the highlights of your games, videos, photos and final leaderboard scores, emailed to you the day after your event for you to share with your guests. It is your responsibility to inform your guests that they will be participating in this and to make them aware of our privacy policy (see below). If any of your guests do not wish to take part in the story, either they cannot participate in the tournament due to GDPR guidelines or you can request the Tournament Stories feature be switched off for the entire tournament.

  8. Please don’t bring your own darts – our games are designed only to work with our darts and we cannot allow external darts to be used for health and safety purposes. All players must be 18+ and proof of ID may be required. We reserve the right to charge for any damages caused to property or equipment.
When you make a table booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  1. If your number of guests changes from the original number booked, we reserve the right to adjust the number of tables allocated and/or your booking duration.
  2. A card authorisation of £5 per guest is required to secure your booking. No money will be taken unless you fail to show up for your booking or cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice. If you choose to pre-order food and drinks, you will be asked to pay for the pre-order and will not need to authenticate your card.
  3. For tables booked in our outside areas we recommend keeping an eye on weather forecasts. In the event of bad weather, we’ll do our best to accommodate you at another venue, but cannot guarantee availability. If you’re cancelling a booking due to bad weather with less than 24 hours’ notice we'll be happy to help you rearrange for another date but please note you will not be eligible for a refund of your deposit.

When you buy/receive a gift voucher from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  1. Flight Club gift cards can only be redeemed in Flight Club venues.
  2. Please check your junk folders if you've ordered a digital gift card. We might not be friends with your email provider yet, and they might think we're spam.
  3. Please keep in mind Royal Mail delivery times when ordering physical gift vouchers to ensure they arrive in time for a special occasion.
  4. We recommend you register gift cards online once you receive them with your details. You can register here: gifts.flightclubdarts.com/register
  5. Please protect this card and treat it as cash; Flight Club cannot take responsibility for losses, damages or stolen gift cards.
  6. Gift cards can be redeemed in full or used as part payment at Flight Club venues on drinks, food or Social Darts. If you'd like to use your gift voucher to book Social Darts, we recommend booking as soon as possible here: flightclubdarts.com/redeem
  7. All guests must be 18+ to play Social Darts.
  8. If you are using a gift card to pay for Social Darts, you will need to bring the gift voucher to your booking and pay the difference if the already pre-loaded amount doesn't fully cover the bill. Please bring the gift voucher to the booking to avoid being charged in full.
  9. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
  10. No change or refund will be given when gift vouchers aren't used in total, but the remaining balances will stay on the card for future redemption.
  11. Gift cards will expire 12 months from the date of purchase; please see the gift card carrier for the expiry date. Any remaining balance will be deducted on expiry.
  12. Gift card balances can be checked in Flight Club venues or online at gifts.flightclubdarts.com/balance
  13. If we believe a gift card is fraudulent, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and remove credit.
  14. We reserve the right to amend gift card terms and conditions from time to time when considered necessary.
