One Billion Darts.
One Trip of a Lifetime.

• The title of the competition is the “Billionth Dart Competition”. 
• The first prize is a trip for up to four people to any Flight Club Darts location globally (the “Trip”).  For entrants who are resident in the UK only, there is a second prize of “Social Darts for Life”. 
• The competition will run from 09:00 on Monday 20th April 2026 (the "Opening Date") to 00:00 on the day on which the billionth dart is throw, as determined by us (the "Closing Date") inclusive. 
• To enter the competition you must make a booking at one of our locations and attend for social darts or brunch between the Opening Date and the Closing Date, or enter into games via your phone (on our quick player entry or rapid entry games).  You must have attended all bookings no later than 00:00 on the Closing Date for them to be included in the competition. All competition entries received after the Closing Date are automatically disqualified. 
• Our locations include all Flight Club Darts locations in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia and the USA. 
• No purchase necessary and there is no charge to register for use of any website upon which you make your booking.  You may opt-out of entry into the competition at the time you make your booking. 
• We will not accept: 

  • responsibility for details of booking being delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind;

  • or  proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

• By submitting a competition entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• From the competition entries, we will select the winner, and in the UK a second winner, at random within twenty-four (24) hours of the Closing Date. 

• The Trip is for one winner to travel with up to three friends or family members to any Flight Club Darts location globally, although we reserve the right to remove any location from this list of destinations.  The Trip will include return travel and five nights’ accommodation (in up to two rooms), with one thousand pounds (£1,000) to spend in a Flight Club Darts location in your chosen city.  The Trip will take place within twelve months of April 2026, subject to availability.  All persons going on the trip must be over the age of 21.  The Trip does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, food and drink (except for the visit to the Flight Club Darts location), spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Trip are the responsibility of the winner.

• You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in question on the travel dates specified. Dates once notified to us cannot be changed. 

• Social Darts for Life entitles the winner to book one Social Darts slot (as detailed on our website) for them and up to eleven (11) guests once a week for twenty-five (25) years.  Social Darts for Life only includes the provision of the Social Darts game and does not include travel, food or drink, spending money or personal expenses.

• Both the Trip and Social Darts for Life are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for either prize, and the total value of the Trip shall not exceed £15,000.

• Neither the Trip nor Social Darts for Life are negotiable or transferable. 

• In order to claim either prize, you must  

  • respond to our email announcing you as the winner; 

  • agree to the publication of your first name and surname, and the city where the venue where the winning booking and event was made, in promotional communications; and 

  • liaise with us to finalise arrangements for receipt of the relevant prize. 

• The competition is only open to all residents in the UK, the Republic of Ireland and Australia aged 21 years or over, except: 

  • our employees or employees of our holding or subsidiary companies; 

  • employees of State of Play Hospitality Limited, Flight Club Darts (Australia) Limited, Flight Club Darts (Ireland) Limited, Flight Club Darts (North America) Limited, The Loyola Group, NightOwl Entertainment Group or Electric Shuffle Limited or their holding or subsidiary companies; 

  • employees of our agents or suppliers or their holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or 

  • members of the immediate families or households of 3.1.1, 3.1.2 and 3.1.3 above. 

• In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prizes. We may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the competition. 

• We will not accept competition entries that: 

  • are completed by third parties or in bulk; 

  • are illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with; or 

  • are incomplete. 

• You warrant that your entry has not been created in the course of your employment. 

• You may make as many bookings as you wish and each booking and attendance at the related event is any entry to the competition.  Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and only the individual making the booking is entered into the competition. 

• We reserve all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the competition. 

• Our decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into. 
• We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will publish the name of the winner on our social media channels from seventy-two (72) hours from the Closing Date (the “Announcement Date”) unless the winner does not respond to our attends to contact them. 
• We will contact the winner personally as soon as practicable after the Announcement Date, using the email address provided with the competition entry. We will not amend any contact information once the competition entry form has been submitted. 
• If you object to any or all of your name and picture entry being published, please contact us via hello@flightclubdarts.com. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request. 

• If you are the winner of the prize, you will have seventy-two (72) hours from the Announcement Date to claim the prize by responding to the email announcing you are the winner.  If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid. 
• The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf. 
• We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed their prize within seventy-two (72) hours of the Announcement Date, we reserve the right to offer the prize to the another eligible entrant selected at random from the entries that were received before the Closing Date. 
• We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize. 

Insofar as is permitted by law, we, our agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, or the negligence of our agents or distributors, or their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

We will only process your personal information as set out in our privacy policy www.flightclubdarts.com/privacy-policy. See also clause 4.2 and clause 4.4 with regard to the announcement of winners. 

• If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition. 
• We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the competition where it becomes necessary to do so. 
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
